SHHS Booster Club Paddle Raise

 

Could you consider raising your donation paddle to support the St. Helens Student Athletes and Athletic Departments?

 

We need your support!  Annually, we raise funds to support our middle and high school athletes.  Due to Covid-19, we're not holding our typical annual auction.  The needs of our student athletes still remain.  In the last year, many of our athletes have missed out on their sports due to the pandemic.  As school athletics open back up for these teens, we will be there to help support them; however, we need your support to make that possible.

 

The Booster Club is dedicated to promoting wholesome, school sponsored, athletic activities in St. Helens School District.   

 

Over the years, the Booster Club, through our community's support, has raised funds and volunteer labor for a variety of projects in St. Helens including:

  • Annual donation to each SHHS athletic team via coach "Wish List" to replace worn-out equipment/items or purchase equipment/items that will enrich the team.
  • Annual Senior Scholarship Program
  • Resurfaced & installed new tennis courts
  • Partnered with the school district for a new artificial turf field
  • Installed a new weight room
  • Constructed grandstands at the SHHS football/soccer field
  • Resurfaced the track over the years (three separate times)
  • Purchased scoreboards for multiple playing surfaces
  • Installed new lockers at SHHS

Become a St. Helens Sports Booster Member

 

The Sports Booster Club is an all-volunteer club.  All funds generated by the Club are directed to the Middle and High School Athletic Departments.

 

What does it mean to become a St. Helens Sports Booster Member?  
  • Invite to Attend the Annual St. Helens Sports Booster Board Meeting to vote on Board Members and any Bylaw changes.
  • You will receive the St. Helens Sports Booster Newsletter to keep you updated and involved in St. Helens High School sports.
  • Involvement into a Club that promotes wholesome, school sponsored athletic activities in the St. Helens School District.
  • Invitation to attend the Friday morning sports meetings where coaches speak about the previous week's performance, and to celebrate student athletes. 
  • Invitation to participate on special committees.
